We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with protective films intact and in the original packaging to qualify for a full refund.
Are CLUSE watches water-resistant?
Most CLUSE watches have a water resistance of 3 ATM or 5 ATM. This means they are resistant to light splashes and rain, but we recommend removing them before showering, swimming, or diving to maintain the integrity of the movement and strap.
How do I change the strap on my CLUSE watch?
Our watches feature a user-friendly click-on/off mechanism. You can easily swap your strap by sliding the small pin on the back of the strap, allowing you to customize your look in seconds without any tools.
