We offer a 30-day return policy for all CLUSE products, ensuring you have ample time to decide if your new timepiece or jewelry perfectly complements your style. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all protective films and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the product in its original CLUSE box and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt at our warehouse.
